Rixor is completely crazy, preoccupied with the myriad information that filters to him through his mirror shards and his ability to communicate with the dead. He seems to rarely pay attention to what is right in front of his nose, though when he does, he has an uncanny ability to focus solely on who he is talking to. Usually Rixor's words feel ominous, as portents of danger or trouble on the horizon. Many fear him as an uncontrolled god, though Rixor isn't interested in the worship of others.
