Chie is somewhat stocky for a girl, with ochre-coloured skin marked with tabby stripes across her entire body. Her brown eyes are slitted, and her ears, while mostly human, come faintly to points. Chie's hair is a warm, dark brown colour, and is also marked by stripes. She possesses a thin, whip-like tail along with digitigrade legs, though her feet are not held very high off the ground. Chie possesses an exotic sort of grace, being able to twist and leap higher than an average human. She tends to sport a cocky grin, and likes to challenge would-be competitors with looks alone.

Cocky and competitive doesn't even begin to describe Chie's attitude problems. She has boundless energy that she finds difficult to contain... even if she wanted to. Always at the front of the line, the top of the tower, the best of the bunch, she likes to put people in their place -- which is under her, of course. Chie seems immune to chastising that goes on both behind her back and to her face, often making friends based on who is willing to put up with her antics for the longest. She tends to try to dominate people around her and gets very angry when things don't go her way.
