Chaebella is a pretty, short woman with loosely curly blonde hair that is kept carefully brushed and styled. She has a curvaceous build with quite a lot of bosom, a heart-shaped face, and blue eyes with flecks of hazel around the outside of her irises, alongside thick, pert lips. She has a way of quirking those lips that spells trouble, pure and simple. Chaebella dresses in silk and lace when she has a chance to, preferring gaudy clothing over mundane garments. She loves to catch the attention of those around her, a fact made obvious by the way she moves, the way she looks, and the way she even speaks.

Chaebella is a narcissistic megalomaniac, though her cute, high laugh and her manipulative behavior might initially delude others into believing otherwise. Spoiled as a child, she does no work that doesn't suit herself, and is uninterested in others save for what they can do for her. She has managed to gather a following of fanatics who appreciate her (and who she teases regularly), and those who can see through her wiles tend to loathe her. Chaebella is arrogant and ambitious, expecting to be a Queen rider when she bonds, given her mother is one. Anything less would be nigh upon heresy.
